In relation to the proceedings listed, please confirm who will be attending court on behalf of the claimant.
Given the established conflict of interest issues already raised (see: https://propertycorruption.com/misleading-about-conflict-of-interest-tlt-solicitors-and-kam-oneill)
it is important that I know in advance which solicitor or advocate will be representing the claimant so that any further concerns can be properly addressed before the hearing.
I would appreciate your confirmation of the individual’s name and role by end of Sept 18th 2025.
