Separately, we also have a short update to share on the freehold purchase process:

Leaseholders have had previous notices about the purchase of the freehold of (building name removed), asking those who are interested to contribute £300 to fund a professional survey that provides information on the value of the building, to be used in negotiations with the current owner of the freehold. We have raised enough money to commission the survey and it is now going ahead. We urge leaseholders who are interested in purchasing the freehold to send their details to ochrtmdirectors@gmail.com and contribute £300 to the cost of this survey and future negotiations. We will share the detailed findings with the leaseholders who have contributed.

Dear Oakley/Directors, 

Will the appointed surveyor be reviewing any ongoing litigation or dispute history at (building name removed) as part of their valuation, since such matters could materially affect the building’s market value?

What is the name of the surveyor?
