Dear Court Manager/TLT,

PCOL

As previously mentioned, I have now published a factual overview of the administrative difficulties I have experienced at Brighton County Court, including the non-actioning of the previous paid-for N244 and the absence of any update  or registering on PCOL of the the new N244. This is already live at:

as part of:

Further Publication

I am now seeking confirmation from the court before I publish the full 181 pages of both N244 applications (which the court already has). As you’re aware, these filings contain:

  • factual criticism of TLT,
  • concerns about court administrative handling,
  • issues relating to judicial conduct,
  • evidence, timelines, and assertions that go to the heart of the fairness and integrity of these proceedings.

As these documents are my own filings, submitted into the proceedings by me, I am not aware of any restriction preventing their publication. However, in the interests of transparency and fairness, I wish to give the court an opportunity to raise any concerns or objections before I proceed.

Accordingly, I would be grateful if the court could confirm:

  1. Registration of my most recent N244; and
  2. Whether the court has any objection to the publication of the full 181 pages of the two N244 applications.

Also further commentary may also follow on the N244s. for example:

“The respondent’s bundle contains a false assertion regarding non payment for the first 139-page N244. I corrected this in a subsequent N244 and notified TLT directly.

They have not corrected the record. At the same time, the court has not registered my new N244 on PCOL, despite email submission and personal hand-delivery.The combination of a known falsehood being left uncorrected by TLT and the court’s failure to register or action my new N244 (or action the previous one) creates the appearance of procedural suppression. This has materially prejudiced my ability to seek relief and undermines the integrity of the ongoing proceedings.”

Feedback from Court

Given the ongoing repossession proceedings, and the direct relevance of these documents to procedural fairness, I would appreciate confirmation on all of the above by the end of 18 November 2025.

It is my goal to follow the court’s rules, procedures, and guidelines as closely as possible. Every step I am taking — including requests for confirmation, publication of my own filings, and raising concerns about administrative errors — is done with the intention of complying with the processes set out by the court and ensuring full transparency. Where the court or its agents have not followed procedure, I am documenting this fact because adherence to proper process protects both the integrity of the case and my rights within it.

TLT

I also have copied in TLT who are welcome to give their view of N244’s been published online.   TLT have so far declined to correct any of the many inaccuracies detailed in the new N244 (only the arrears figure as they were ordered by the judge). I intend to publish the court bundle you submitted as part of documenting my case, and before doing so I am giving you the opportunity to indicate whether you have any objections or whether you would request any specific redactions. The bundle contains many statements about me which I am entitled to respond to publicly.  Please let me know if you have any concerns regarding publication. I would appreciate confirmation by the end of 18 November 2025.

High Court

I am also copying in the High Court, who have already been notified this week about the ongoing situation, especially as both N244 applications relate directly to the urgent request for transfer to the High Court and the procedural concerns necessitating that move.

Safeguarding

As all safeguard requests and provisions have been ignored by NatWest since January 2025, by TLT since July 2025, and by Brighton County Court since September 2025, and I believe this publication also helps establish a transparent record of these failures while ensuring that the ongoing risks and procedural concerns are fully documented.

Public Interest

The vast difficulties in securing even the slightest degree of honesty or transparency in these matters, from any of the institutions involved, is for me indicative of huge underlying issues with accountability, governance, and the integrity of the processes that are supposed to protect the public. In this context, publication becomes firmly a matter of public interest, ensuring that these systemic failures are visible, documented, and open to scrutiny which aligns with the core mission of Propertycorruption.com.

Yours sincerely,
