Dear TLT / Ms O’Neill,

Could TLT contact team and Ms O’Neill confirm receipt of this email and the correspondence below (not generic auto replies).

Could you also confirm whether Ms O’Neill is able to provide a short witness statement explaining the reasons why the venue change request was not addressed. I intend to include this in my correspondence to the court regarding venue when I receive the claim number.

I would appreciate your reply by close of business on 16 September 2025.  Refusal to respond will be sent to the court.

Yours faithfully,

Hi there,

Please confirm your client will not issue proceedings in the local court given my documented corruption concerns, and will instead agree to a neutral venue. Do you agree to a non-local venue, yes or no? I wish to discuss further with you which neutral court would be appropriate..

Regards,
