Dear Court Manager,

I am the Defendant in the above-referenced possession claim. I am writing to formally report a series of profound procedural irregularities that suggest a “shadow record” is being maintained in these proceedings in breach of the Overriding Objective (CPR 1.1) and CPR 39.8.

Pursuant to my rights under CPR 5.4C and the principle of Open Justice, I require the following immediately:

1. Transcript of 10 Feb 2026 Hearing (Form EX107): I require a full transcript of the hearing listed on PCOL for 10 February 2026. The Claimant’s solicitors denied knowledge of this hearing via email on 17 February; I require the transcript to verify what was represented to the Court in my absence. Also please describe how the hearing came about and why.
2. Full Systemic Metadata Audit: A comprehensive audit of the CE-File/PCOL digital footprint for this case. This must include the User ID, IP Address, and Timestamp for every document uploaded by the Claimant since inception.
3. Disclosure of the “5 Letters”: Immediate copies of the five communications sent by the Claimant to the Court immediately preceding the 10 February 2026 hearing, which were never served on me.
4.Update on the payment of my second N244 which I haven’t been requested payment for in over 3 months and still waiting.
5. Identification of Counsel: The name of the TLT advocate who attended the remote hearing on 3 November 2025, which the Claimant’s firm continues to withhold.
6. Why has court stopped opening my emails?

Please confirm receipt of this email by end of 23 Feb 2026 and provide the estimated date for the production of the EX107 transcript. Also, as previously notified multiple times, please only contact via email.

Resent all the court emails to the new court email addresses which all come back as a hard block: a 550 5.4.1 error is a “Hard Bounce.” It specifically means the Microsoft Exchange server at the Ministry of Justice has rejected the recipient address entirely. Full details here…

TLT – Are you being blocked too? Or do you get to send emails? With TLT not responding to detailed email questions and the court system blocking the email address – would you say this is appropriate against allegations of TLT/Court/ Natwest etc perverting the course of justice etc
