Leaseholder Meetings

An Open Letter to Oakley Property

I notice that the (name removed) leaseholder meetings appear to be held every 3 months—there was one on 26th September 2025 and one on 9th June 2025, for example. This means there should have been one in December 2025? Or was I not sent that invite?

Also, the person who hosted those meetings, Charlotte McMahon, is no longer at Oakley Property (or at least has been removed from the ‘Our Team’ page) and isn’t even listed on LinkedIn.

It is now 21st February 2026. Is there an explanation for this? Obviously, this is concerning as Oakley Property is at the centre of a case study on corruption: https://propertycorruption.com/courtcase-1-natwest-tlt-vs-editor/

So what happened? Did it not happen? Did it happen and some leaseholders weren’t informed? Or is there another explanation?

Please email me by the end of 24th February to confirm the situation.

Update: interestingly they now sending project management updates for building maintenance – is this a way of avoiding leaseholder meetings while still pretending things are normal?

Estate agents still marketing and selling properties in the building Winkworth, Aston Vaughan, Oakley’s estate agent side and Maslen – you going to mention to buyers about this latest development?

This article will be updated with Oakley’s reply to the below.
