Key points:

- TLT pretending the review doesn’t exist.
- Crown Commercial has not opened emails sent to info@crowncommercial.gov.uk.
- Cabinet Office and Crown Commercial have been informed but have not acted.
- Brighton Court has not opened emails for over two months, including issues around the 10 February 2026 “ghost” hearing.
- At the 3 November 2025 hearing, the judge said, “don’t send us the defence.” It was sent anyway.
- A further 60-page N244 on court conduct cannot be properly filed because the court is not opening emails or clarifying issues.
- NatWest CRO Keiran Foad suddenly left in mid-January 2026, the day after a six-month corruption update report. He is now in Portugal, and NatWest still has an interim CRO.
- On 29 August 2025, four NatWest executives, including Foad, entered irrevocable trading plans. We believe this was linked to insider trading.
- Oakley Property failed to escalate service charges for 16 months, issued stage one demands in June and December 2025, and produced false service charge documents.
- In April 2026, Oakley sent the debt to Coole Bevis LLP despite Coole Bevis already being informed in August 2025. Coole Bevis is now seeking instructions.
- Police refused to specify previous crime report numbers in correspondence. Many Police Reports including: (removed for article)
